27th - 29th September 2016 // NISSAN AUTO BODY TECHNICIANS EVALUATION PROGRAM
As per previous auto body technicians evaluation program which were conducted on 14th and 15th May 2016, Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn. Bhd. (TCEAS) and ProAtec eSkill are working together again to run the continuous auto body technicians evaluation program with the objective to improve and upskilling their skill, knowledge, technique and understanding of NISSAN BRM procedure to enhance their work efficiency and compliance on the NISSAN BRM standard requirement.
Training Date : 27th until 29th September 2016
Training Time : 9:00am until 5:00pm
Training Venue : NISSAN Shah Alam, Body & Paint Centre
A total of 14 NISSAN auto body technicians attending the evaluation program.
TRAINING MODULES:
1. Body & Paint workshop operation flow and safety
2. NISSAN Body Repair Manual – standard operation procedure, panel replacement, dimension and corrosion protection
3. NISSAN models vehicle construction design and body structure material
4. NISSAN Body Zone Construction – crumble zone and safety cabin
5. Vehicle Body Repair procedure and process – Cold repair (Avoid applied heat), kink vs bend, right repair method, maintain vehicle integrity and crashworthiness
6. Inter section coordination – Front counter and paint department
7. NISSAN Hybrid, Electrical vehicle and Future Technology
