Under the collaboration of PERODUA SALES SDN BHD and PROATEC ESKILL, a three days ACCIDENT VEHICLE CLAIM REPAIR ADVISOR & ESTIMATING PROCESS training has been successfully organized from 6th until 8th September 2016 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Perodua Rawang Body & Paint Hub.

5. Understanding Perodua Flat Rate Manual and Body Repair Manual
6. Application of good estimating and appraisal method during estimating
7. Understanding quality repair job and conducting quality inspection at every stage
8. Understanding the importance of corrosion protection application
9. Understanding JPJ technical application of NINE (9) components guidelines and PUSPAKOM inspection process  
10. Calculating the cost / Profit & Loss before accepting the insurance approval
