TOP DIVERSIFIED SDN BHD has successfully organized a INSURANCE CLAIM ADVISOR COLLISION REPAIR ESTIMATING training from 19th August until 20th August 2016 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in TOP DIVERSIFIED SDN BHD, TAIPING.

A total 4 participants from motor claims industry backgrounds such as workshop managers and insurance claim advisors.

• BODY & PAINTS OPERATION FLOW (10 STEPS)
• UNDERSTANDING THATCHAM TIMES SYSTEM (TTS)
• REPAIR PROCESS TIME APPLICATION
• ESTIMATING PROCESS AND APPRAISAL METHOD
• QUALITY INSPECTION ON REPAIR STAGES
• NEGOTIATION SKILLS / CREATE SUPLLEMENTARY

This two (2) days training is also eligible to assist the participants applying the SKM TP-110 Level 3 Accident Vehicle Repair Claim Advisor

In view of this, the JPK pegawai penilai interview will be scheduled tentatively on 15 September 2016 (Thursday) at PAWOA office.
