Under the collaboration of PERODUA SALES SDN BHD and PROATEC ESKILL, a three days ACCIDENT VEHICLE CLAIM REPAIR ADVISOR & ESTIMATING PROCESS training has been successfully organized from 9th until 11th August 2016 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Perodua Rawang Body & Paint Hub.

1. Understanding the 10 steps body and paints operation flow
2. Understanding Thatcham Times System (TTS) and the application of TTS onto estimating
3. Understanding repair process and how to repair accident vehicles back to road worthiness
4. Application of M.E.T., Panel and Paint time onto estimating
5. Understanding Perodua Flat Rate Manual and Body Repair Manual
6. Application of good estimating and appraisal method during estimating
7. Understanding quality repair job and conducting quality inspection at every stage
8. Understanding the importance of corrosion protection application
9. Understanding JPJ technical application of NINE (9) components guidelines and PUSPAKOM inspection process  
10. Calculating the cost / Profit & Loss before accepting the insurance approval

Certification
This course is eligible for the participants to obtain the SKM TP-110 Accident Vehicle Repair Claim Advisor Level 3.
The participants shall only be required to prepare the relevant documents, make registration payment and attend a 30 minutes interview.
