Training Organized
Under the collaboration among Assetpac Sdn Bhd and Optimum Fluids Marketing Sdn Bhd, a training program was successfully organized on 5th June 2016 starting from 9:00am until 5:30pm in Top Diversified Sdn Bhd (Proton Edar Authorised Body & Paint Center, Taiping).
Who Attended A total of 21 participants from service workshops (workshop owners, managers and technicians) from Ipoh, Penang and Kedah.
A total of 6 representatives from Optimum Fluids Marketing Sdn Bhd
Objective of this training
To train up effective leadership, coordination and teamwork within colleagues
To learn and enhance the understanding on wiring diagram, sensors location, actuators location and measuring of parts
To learn and enhance the understanding on variety types of diagnostic scan tools, Engine Management System troubleshooting, OEM diagnose methods
Field case study and common vehicle problems found in the market
How the training is conducted
The training is called “The Avengers Camp 2016”.
All the 21 participants were divided into 3 teams; IronMan, Captain America and Thor.
Each team has two (2) Optimum Fluids staffs to take care of the participants, as a coordinator, time keeper and ensure the participants are fully involved in the training.
A total of 11 cases were created and these teams have to solve all the cases within the time provided with the tools & equipments given by the judges.
