PROATEC eSKILL has successfully organized a three-day Auto Refinish Training from 22nd March 2016 until 24th March 2016 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Sime Kansai Paint Auto Refinish Training Center, Bukit Raja, Klang.

Paint Defects
Understanding the colour adjustment of Metallic Base
Understanding the colour adjustment of White Pearl
Practical : Door panel spraying procedure
Day 2
Dry Sanding Multi-function Putty
Spray HS Filler Fast on Putty Area
Dry Sanding new / old panels
Apply A800-0690 as Wet-on-Wet primer (non sanding)
Block Spray - White Base, Pearl Base & Clearcoat over Pearl Base
Mottling Free Application (water)
Dry Sanding HS Filler Fast
Block Spray - Metallic Base & Clearcoat over Metallic Base
Day 3
Adhesion Check on wet-on-wet white pearl panel
Blending Repair Technique - White Base, Pearl Base, Clearcoat, Metallic Base, Clearcoat
Polishing - Dark Colour vs Pastel Colour
This three (3) days training is also eligible to assist the participants applying the SKM TP-306:2012 Level 3 Automotive Spray Painting
In view of this, the JPK pegawai penilai interview is scheduled on 14 April 2016 (Thursday) at PAWOA office. Venue : Perak Automobile Workshop Owners' Association (PAWOA) No. 18A, Persiaran Kidd (Off Kidd Road), 30200 Ipoh, Perak.
