ProAtec E-Skill has successfully organized a two-day Panel Repair, Welding & Measurement Training Program for the industry workers (panel beaters) who wish to get SKM recognition thru Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT) Penilaian Khas.
Training Date : 26th - 27th January 2015, starting 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Venue : Top Diversified Sdn Bhd, Taiping

A total of 3 participants from panel beating backgrounds who have more than 10 years of paneling working experience

Rules & Regulations of workshop safety
Basic introduction & background of Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT), National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) and PPT Penilaian Khas
Briefing on the Collision Repair Fundamentas
Briefing on how to conduct measuring (before, during and after repair)
Practical Hands-on :- Conduct Measuring on front vehicle section
Practical Hands-on :- Conduct Measuring on center vehicle section
Practical Hands-on :- Conduct Measuring on rear vehicle section
Briefing on the importance of good repair
Practical Hands-on :- Conduct overhead welding coupon test
Practical Hands-on :- Conduct sectioning on front chassis coupon test & side sill access window
Practical Hands-on :- Apply corrosion protection such as cavity wax and epoxy primer
Attend 20 simple Objective Questions
The JPK pegawai penilai interview is scheduled tentatively on 13th January 2016 at PAWOA office.
