A total of 4 trainers from TVET KUCHING, Body & Paint Repair and Service Training Department.

Course Content

• Perform setting up vehicle on bench jig
• Perform pulling the vehicle and understand the application of pulling accessories e.g. clamps, tower, chains and other pushers
• Perform basic measurements using measurement tape and tram gauge
• Perform vehicle body panel replacement on front panel, quarter panel and rear end panel
• Perform windscreen removal and replacement 
• Perform butt welding and plug welding using MIG welding equipment
• Carry out corrosion protection applications for material such as weld thru primer, cavity wax and epoxy primer
• Understand and read OEM workshop body repair manual

At the end of the training, the candidates were given a certificate of attendance from ProAtec eSkill.
