20th August 2025 // UNDERSTANDING THATCHAM TIME IN ELECTRONIC CLAIM SYSTEMS (TTS) AWARENESS PROGRAMME

Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and MOTORDATA RESEARCH CONSORTIUM SDN BHD, a half-day Understanding Thatcham Time in Electronic Claim Systems (TTS) Awareness training course was successfully organized on 20th August 2025, starting from 9:00am until 1:00pm in MRC Training Academy, Glenmarie.

Who Attended
A total of 13 participants from the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage attended the course.

Training Program covers:-

UNDERSTANDING THATCHAM TIMES SYSTEM

• Introduction to Thatcham Research Centre, roles and functions
• How Thatcham Research Centre conduct time research on M.E.T., panel & paint time
• TTS in e claim system and calculation format
• What is covered and not covered under the TTS

e-CLAIM ESTIMATING SYSTEM

• Know-how to data entry in e claim system
• Know-how to perform checking report in e claim system
• Basic Preparation on setup e.g. mails, administrative claim cases etc

At the end of the training, each candidate will receive a certification of participation.
