Training Conducted : Mechanic Training, Engine Management System & Diagnostic Tools Date : 02 August 2015 Time : 9:00am until 5:30pm Venue : Top Diversified Sdn Bhd, Taiping, Perak. Total Participants : 33 persons from Perak, Penang and Kedah state Optimum Fluids staffs : 10 persons
Total Trainers : 6 persons + 2 supporting staffs Lunch Venue : Hotel Flemington, Taiping with 5 tables
Objective of the training :-
To build effective leadership and entrepreneurship
To build up coordination and teamwork within colleagues
To learn and enhance the understanding on wiring diagram, sensors location, actuators location and description of parts
To learn and enhance the understanding on variety type of diagnostic scan tools, Engine Management System troubleshooting, OEM diagnose methods, oscilloscope wave form reading
Field case study and common vehicle problems in the market
How the training is conducted :-
The training is called “The Avengers Camp 2015”.
All the 33 participants were divided into 4 teams; IronMan, Captain America, Thor and Incredible Hulk.
Each team has two (2) Optimum Fluids staffs to take care of the participants, as a coordinator, time keeper and ensure the participants are fully involved in the training.
A total of 9 different model vehicles and 6 different types of diagnostic scan tools were used to create 16 case studies. The diagnostic tools provided are :-

Proton PADT-II
Kia Global Diagnostic Tool (GDS)
Kia Hi Scan Pro
Gscan Tool
During the Avengers Camp…
The team competition has two sessions; morning and afternoon.
All teams are allocated at different locations with two cases provided in every location. Each team has to solve the two cases in 30 minutes before they can move to the next location.
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and basic tools such as test pen, torch light, multimeter, workshop manuals were also provided to the participants to assist them solving the case studies.
Which mean, for the morning session, every team are required to solve 8 case studies at four different locations in two (2)hours.
The same goes to the afternoon session.
At the end of the competition, the team has solved 16 cases.
