31st July 2023 until 2 August 2023 // Automotive Parts Removing and Assembling in MRC Training Academy, Glenmarie

Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and MOTORDATA RESEARCH CONSORTIUM SDN BHD, a three-day Automotive Parts Removing and Assembling training course was successfully organized from 31st July 2023 until 2nd August 2023, starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in MRC training academy, Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

Who Attended

A total of 14 TVET students from CARSOME attended the course.

Training Content (30% theory, 70% practical hands-on)

1. 10 steps body repair process
2. OEM parts catalogue
3. OEM body repair workshop manual (vehicle dimension and remove & refit steps)
4. Perform vehicle body measuring using electronic measuring system
5. Perform vehicle body measuring using tram gauge
6. Perform vehicle body inspection and inspection 
7. Plan remove and refit non-structural panels process before dismantling 
8. Perform remove and refit non-structural panels e.g. bonnet, bumper, trunk lid, fender, doors, door glass, car seats etc
9. Pre scan and post scan using Autel diagnostic scan tool

Certification
At the end of the course, the participants will receive a certificate of attendance from MRC.
