Training Organized

Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and SAGA SETIAMAS SDN BHD, a 3-day training course on Automotive Panel Beating - Collision Repair was successfully conducted from 23rd until 25th August 2023 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Top Diversified Sdn Bhd, Body & Paint, Taiping.

Who Attended
A total of 12 trainers from GIATMARA branches.

Course Content

• Perform setting up vehicle on bench jig
• Perform pulling the vehicle and understand the application of pulling accessories e.g. clamps, tower, chains and other pushers
• Perform vehicle measurement using measurement tape and tram gauge
• Perform vehicle body panel replacement on front panel, quarter panel and side sill
• Perform butt welding and plug welding using MIG welding equipment
• Carry out corrosion protection application for material such as weld thru primer, cavity wax and epoxy primer
• Understand and read OEM workshop body repair manual

At the end of the training, the candidates were given a certificate of attendance from ProAtec eSkill.
