28 - 30 June 2022 // HIGH PRECISION COLLISION REPAIR TECHNOLOGY (IKTBN)

Training Organized

Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and MOTORDATA RESEARCH CONSORTIUM SDN BHD, a customized three-day training named High Precision Collision Repair Technology (IKTBN) was successfully organized from 28th until 30th June 2022 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in MRC Training Academy, Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

The training program is tailor made according to IKTBN requirement.
It is conducted 30% theory and 70% practical hands-on.

Who Attended

Training Program covers:-

• How to read and interpret OEM body repair manual
• Perform vehicle body measurement using electronic system (Car-O-Liner Mark 6)
• Perform vehicle body measurement using tram gauge
• Perform setting vehicle on bench jig and initial car body pull
• Perform body panel/ part replacement (side sill outer, front pillar outer etc)
• Perform coupon chassis sectioning and welding

Certification
At the end of the training, each participant will be given a certificate of attendance from MRC.
