Training Organized

Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and MOTORDATA RESEARCH CONSORTIUM SDN BHD, a half-day course on Understanding Thatcham Time in E-Claim System Awareness Program was successfully organized on 6th March 2020 starting from 9:00am until 1:15pm in MRC Training Academy, Glenmarie.

Who Attended
A total of 10 participants from workshop repairers, insurance companies and MRC staffs.

• E-claim functions and roles
• Benefits and the importance of e-claim system

• Thatcham research center
• MET, Panel & Paint Times
• TTS in e claim system and calculation format
• Understand TTS details report

• Basic Preparation on setup e.g. mails, administrative claim cases etc
• Know-how to data entry in e claim system
• Know-how to perform checking report in e claim system

At the end of the training, each candidate will receive a certification of participation.
