Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and PERODUA SALES SDN BHD, three sessions of one-day Automotive Body & Paint Leadership & Management Training was successfully organized from 3rd until 5th April 2017 starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Perodua Rawang Body & Paint Hub.

Who Attended
A total of 66 participants from Perodua management level e.g. Regional Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, Service Coordinator, Executive & Body & Paint Service Manager.

• Module 1 – JPJ Workshop Compliance, 4M, 5S Housekeeping
• Module 2, - 10 Steps Body & Paint Operation Flow
• Module 3 – Workshop Operation Dashboard
• Module 4 – Survey It Right at the First Time
• Module 5 – Reporting
• Module 6 – Managing the Progress Plan

The objective of the training is to provide a practical approach by adopting “LEAN MANAGEMENT” and 4M concept to analyze their current B&P operation, setup and existing manpower by re-look into the staffs’ skill, work process, communication, implement control to boost their efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, by adopting the “LEAN MANAGEMENT 5 steps approach”, the managers able to identify their current production problem or issue which may be caused by either MAN or METHOD.
